Team-Building Activities: Building Stronger Bonds

“Same Heart Rod” Game
One of the key highlights of the event was the “Same Heart Rod” game, where 134 team members were divided into 12 groups. Each group had to work in perfect synchronization to lower the same heart rod from top to bottom according to specific rules. The game, though simple in concept, required a high level of coordination and teamwork. The participants quickly realized that leadership and communication were key to success.

The teams discussed their strategies and shared insights into teamwork, emphasizing that every team needs a clear leader who sets the pace, while each member must cooperate and adapt to achieve the collective goal.

Group Performances & Activities
During the breaks, the team members entertained each other with performances, including the “Money Dance,” Rabbit Dance, and some singing. This added a fun, lighthearted touch to the event and fostered a positive, engaging atmosphere.

In these activities, every participant’s role, no matter how small, was vital for the team to succeed. It was a reminder that in a company like SD, everyone’s contribution is essential, and success depends on collective effort.

Recognition & Team Building

After completing the “Crossing the Life-and-Death Line” challenge, each department manager presented blue ribbons to their team members. The blue ribbon symbolized trust, recognition, and appreciation. The exchange of these ribbons represented the unity and support within the team, reinforcing SD’s strong corporate culture.
